Understand the problem
Before touching Figma, I dig into the why. User interviews, competitor research, and desk research to understand the real problem not the assumed one.
Define & structure
I map out user needs into personas, user flows, and a clear problem statement. This becomes the backbone every design decision is tested against.
Build the design system
Before designing screens, I set up the foundation colour, typography, spacing, and components. This keeps everything consistent and scalable from the start.
Design & iterate
Wireframes first, high-fidelity after. I move fast in low-fi to explore ideas, then refine the best ones into polished, interaction-ready screens.
Test & refine
I put designs in front of real users, observe where they struggle, and iterate. Every round of feedback makes the product measurably better.
